Welcome to GenOne.dev. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and AI-powered content generation services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1Definitions

  • "Service" refers to GenOne.dev's website, applications, APIs, and all related services.
  • "User," "you," or "your" refers to individuals or entities accessing or using the Service.
  • "Content" refers to all AI-generated videos, images, music, and other outputs created through the Service.
  • "User Content" refers to prompts, inputs, uploads, and other materials you provide to the Service.
  • "Credits" refers to the virtual currency used to generate content on the platform.

2Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area)
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3Service Description

GenOne.dev provides an AI-powered platform for generating creative content including:

  • AI Video Generation: Create videos from text prompts
  • AI Image Generation: Generate images and artwork from descriptions
  • AI Music Generation: Compose original music and audio
  • AI Audio Generation: Generate voiceovers and sound effects

The Service is provided "as is" and we continuously work to improve quality and features. Generation results may vary based on prompts, model capabilities, and other factors.

4Payments & Credits

4.1 Credit Packages

We offer various credit packages with different credit allocations. Current pricing is displayed on our pricing page. Prices may change with notice.

4.2 Billing

  • Credits are purchased as one-time payments (no subscriptions)
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe
  • Credits are added to your account immediately upon successful payment
  • Credits never expire - use them whenever you want

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect credits you have already purchased.

5Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy Summary

We want you to be satisfied with our Service. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing credits.

5.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds ARE available if:

  • ✓ Within 7 days of your first purchase
  • ✓ Used less than 10% of purchased credits
  • ✓ Documented technical issue preventing use
  • ✓ Charged in error (duplicates, wrong amount)

Refunds are NOT available if:

  • ✗ More than 7 days since purchase
  • ✗ Used more than 10% of credits
  • ✗ Changed your mind after using service
  • ✗ Account terminated for policy violations

5.2 How to Request a Refund

  3. 3We will review your request within 5 business days
  4. 4Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

6Credits System

  • Credits are required to generate AI content
  • Different content types consume different amounts of credits
  • Credits never expire - use them whenever you want
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold
  • Credit costs per generation are displayed before you confirm
  • Failed generations due to system errors will have credits refunded

7Content Ownership & Rights

7.1 Your Rights to Generated Content

Subject to these Terms:

  • Paid Users: You receive a broad license to use generated content for commercial and personal purposes, including modification, reproduction, and distribution.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws.

7.2 AI-Generated Content & Copyright

Important: The legal status of copyright for AI-generated content is evolving and varies by jurisdiction. In some countries, AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection. We make no guarantees regarding copyright ownership or protection of AI-generated content. Similar policies apply at OpenAI, Midjourney, Stability AI, and other major AI platforms.

8Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must NOT:

  • Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Use the Service for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service

9Prohibited Content

You may NOT use the Service to generate content that:

Strictly Prohibited

  • ✗ Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • ✗ Non-consensual intimate imagery
  • ✗ Content promoting violence or terrorism
  • ✗ Hate speech targeting protected groups
  • ✗ Content intended to harass individuals

Also Prohibited

  • ✗ Deepfakes of real people without consent
  • ✗ Misinformation or disinformation
  • ✗ Spam or misleading commercial content
  • ✗ Content infringing copyrights/trademarks
  • ✗ Malware, phishing, or scam materials

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account termination without refund and may be reported to law enforcement.

10Intellectual Property

The Service, including our website, branding, AI models, software, and documentation, is owned by GenOne.dev and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

You are responsible for ensuring your prompts do not infringe on existing copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

11AI Service Limitations

You acknowledge and accept that:

  • AI-generated content may not always match your expectations
  • Quality, accuracy, and consistency of outputs may vary
  • The Service may occasionally produce unexpected or incorrect results
  • Generation times may vary based on system load and complexity
  • We may update AI models, which may affect outputs

12Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including:

  • Stripe: For payment processing
  • Google OAuth: For authentication
  • AI Model Providers: For content generation

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

13Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF CONTENT.

14Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GenOne.dev AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

15Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, generate prohibited content, or abuse the Service.
